    • Experience: 1–3 years in rooftop solar projects

    • Skills: AutoCAD, site execution, BOQ, basic electrical knowledge

  2. Sales Executive – Solar

    • Experience: 0–2 years

    • Skills: Client communication, lead generation, field visits

  3. Installation Technician

    • Experience: 1+ years in solar rooftop mounting, wiring, and inverter setup

    • Must be willing to travel across Gujarat

  4. Telecaller / Back Office Executive

    • Experience: 0–2 years

    • Skills: Client coordination, basic computer knowledge, documentation
